It is for that reason that the company has undertaken to conform its action to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 norms, and has thereby succeeded in obtaining a Certification for the “Full management services for university student housing. Provision of catering services. Provision of dorma, cleaning and sanification services” in 2009.

  • We can assert that our Company has obtained one of the first certifications in Italy for the specific activity of managing residences for university students.
  • Everyone in our company is involved in guaranteeing the efficiency of such a system: the president, directors, managers, staff, are responsible for targeting critical areas where processes can fail, checking them continuously and reviewing them periodically, taking actions, when needed, to guarantee the full satisfaction of the customer.

The increasing numbers both of the residences managed by us and of the student guests, together with the recognition of satisfaction from our main customers, are an important doublecheck on the quality of our job.
