Residence Luciani is a Company specialized in managing student houses. It was created in 1999, with the name of Cooperativa Luciani, from the idea of some university students. It grew fast because it focused on the idea that student satisfaction and a high level of hospitality were the most important factors.

Our first experiences began from there, at first locally and then nationally, we have applied our way of doing business in other cities outside Rome.

Realizing what our strength was, in 2004 we decided to change our name to better match our business: Residence Luciani.

Today our company is demonstrating that is has the know-how to ensure a high level of management in this particular line of business.
