Catering service

The student is for us the starting and arrival point in the management of university residences: our services aim at satisfying his needs”.

In accordance with this motto, we try to satisfy all the needs of the students who live in our university residences; this certainly includes our catering services, one of the latest services to be added, but no less important for that. We wish to provide all our customers with healthy, controlled food, which is particularly appealing to young people. It is important for us to offer a high quality of catering services that satisfy both the tastes and the needs of the students. We therefore offer a series of types of dishes prepared by traditional cooking methods, i.e. directly prepared on site for immediate consumption. Menus are programmed monthly with the Company Management and have seasonal and regional variations. Particular attention is paid to the combination of dishes that make up the weekly menus to provide a nutritionally balanced diet, keeping in mind the following parameters:

  • variety of food;
  • approval of dishes based on the eating habits of our customers;

In order to satisfy the varied requirements of our customers, we prepare menus and special diets which allow us to offer, periodically and rotationally, all the foods which are necessary for healthy eating: red and white meat, eggs, fish, cheese, salami, dairy products, cereals.
Catering services are organized to provide special “corners” dedicated to different types of food like pizza–points, ethnic–food–points or corners with substitutes for traditionally prepared food in places where it is impossible to use traditional cooking methods: all of these options are offered to respond to growing market demands.
